im middle aged. when i was younger, i punted and didnt give it much thought. didnt punt for about 15 odd years (or very rarely) then the last few years punting again.
for some reason though i have a lot more wl wanting to marry me than 15 years ago......i could only assume that because im older, they think i have more money.
any other punters experience this?

Well of course, why would a WL want to marry a 20 something year old with no resources?
She's had her fun, made her money, spent a good chunk (for pleasure, family etc). Now wants to settle. Someone has to pay the bill. And she wants it to be you.

I'm on the younger side. No WL/ML wants to marry me. They're just happy that they can get paid to f*ck a young guy. Sometimes for free.

Every WL/ML knows its a short term job. They can't do this forever. Once they get old, lose their looks. Its over. Especially if they have no other education or skills they can fall back on. They'll need an older guy with money to take them on after the party's over.

I'm sure there's exceptions of course, like a WL who invested their money wisely and is financially secure etc. Settling down would be a choice - because they want, not need to.
