Definitely right about those. Not sure about my thought process at that time. Maybe it was the late opening hours or the standard 30 mins for $50. Removed them - don't want to give anyone a bum steer. Plus, there's heaps of other choice in the area anyway.

Click on the icon on the map that looks like a box on top of another box.
Then click on pins to remove them.
FYI, have multiple fake Gmail accounts and you can save the pins under one of the fake accounts.

Green just means I'm very unsure if it still exists or provides services other than massage. Can't find any recent info on them. Thats part of the reason I made this public. To get input from others.
