Yes, it is their job and they are there to make money. However, it is possible to sometimes have a good day at the office. I personally don't really care what a WL thinks of me, as I don't want to get attached, but if you want to be liked, you can do the following:
1. Make sure you are clean and well-groomed. Brush your teeth, cut your nails. Wash your hands thoroughly in the shower as the first thing you do.
2. Try not to be fat. Losing weight isn't actually that hard, it just takes discipline. Consume less calories than you burn, it's as simple as that. You don't need to look like Chris Hemsworth, but you can't look like Jack Black. You'll probably live longer, too.
3. Dress nicely. Your clothes should be laundered and should fit you. You don't need to go overboard though.
4. Be kind, generous, and listen.

There are absolutely some J girls doing this job due to debt or other similar reasons. There have been recent discussions elsewhere on this forum about some (many?) of the current crop of FIFO j girls being in host debt and doing this job (often poorly) to pay off the debt or afford the host clubs.
