I haven't been to a shop in quite a while now as I usually only go to my usual privates. Lots of things I didn't like too much about shops. One of them being irregularities in price. But I'm feeling like trying something new recently.
What is sort of a stock standard pricing nowadays? I know YMMV depending on girl, location etc but I just want to know what the "average" is per se
From what I can tell:
30 minute massage seems to be $50
Extras seems to be $50 for NHJ and it seems MLs don't like doing extras below that price?
I'm sounding like an old bloke but in 2020ish days it used to be $40 for 30 minutes and some MLs would do $30 for CHJ and $50 for B2B and CBJ.
Do the same extras cost more if massage is 45 or 60 minutes? Do they let you cum twice without extra charge if its longer than 30 minutes?

Those were the 5 years ago price before prices crept up.
As one of the boss ladies said to me, every thing has increased. Her shop running costs have gone up a lot like ever where, and girls need more as their own living costs are up.
She found there are less girls available as overseas students quantity are down a lot and customer count have dropped in last year or customers are asking for a discounts as they have less free dollars.
I don’t think we will see 5 years ago service and prices again.

I'm GUESSING $50/30 minute massage is about right, but for me, it's [cliche alert] Penny wise, pound foolish. IME, going massage rate is $70-$90/hour, with the $90 at Summerville, justified by the rooms. Others mostly fall in the $70-$80 ($80 North Shore) range. So for $20-$30 more, you get twice the time. Those $130 shops are inclusive of the HE.
NHJ < $50... well, you can ask, but she won't be happy, and even if she does deliver, while you will save a few coins, you WILL pay a price. Some massages are crap, others OK, some great. Regardless, the provider makes her coin from the extras, and below the standard minimum, you're wasting her time. Best to establish costs going in so there are no false expectations from either side.
Extras are standard $50 increments for parts 2, 2.5, 3 respectively and upgrades include the lesser services. Independent of massage time. Normal time distribution is 50/50 split.
2nd shot up to the girl. Myself, twice in 60 minutes long gone(don't get old)... but with the proper provider, within 90...
I don't tip, I pay the service price. My tip is repeat business.
I don't expect a loyalty discount. HOWEVER, IME, the first price you pay is the price you pay in the future, and the discounts I receive are no price hikes in 3 years. YMMV

Extras starting at $50 for NHJ up to $150 for FS is the going rate these days. That's on top of the room hire.
I have opted for a HJ many times because I couldn't stomach the price. Might as well go for a FS brothel where there is a shower and bed.
All these price differences between shops and girls what makes me go to privates instead. I know exactly what service and price I'm paying and what girl I'm getting. Plus, it seems the price in RnT is higher than some privates. Privates you can discuss with the girl directly, has added privacy with entrances and usually has showers. I guess with RnT you kinda have the excitement of not knowing which girl you're gonna get with some shops and also a selection of different girl in the same location.

What differences? Is EVERY private the same, price and service? Seems to me, they all vary. I don't see that much of a difference between a private and an RnT. The discussion with the former is remote via messaging (unless you're video chatting), the discussion with the latter is up close and personal in the room. I like the latter... as long as you know how to read the room. If you book, you know what girl you'll get (with the reputable shops), or you can see who's available if you're a walk-in. Guess some just prefer sticker prices over simply asking "how much", and knowing how to say "no thank you". You're just operating in real time, face to face...

Besides, it's immaterial... I ALWAYS know how much her experience is worth to me... so it's a simple go/no go...
Maybe I'd have a better idea of privates' experiences if you ever contributed an AR... but maybe that's a strange concept...

Some girls are applying dual time pricing as in they'll charge more for extras for longer sessions. eg. a $50 NHJ is for 30min booking but they'll request $70 for 60min booking. $150 FS for 30min and $200 for 60min.
One of my regulars pulled this stunt on me, I now refuse to go see her. She messaged me long time no see, I simply said your extras are too special for me now. She's a nice girl to talk to and so always preferred 1hr with her
At most massage shops, 5 years ago the average massage price was around $1/min, so:
$30 for 30min
$45/45min
$60/60min
Obviously in the last few years due to shop costs we’ve seen the prices go up to between $1.25 to $1.50 per minute, so $75-$90 for 60min.
Up until very recently Pt1, 2, and 3 used to be:
NHJ / $50
CBJ / $80
FS / $100
I see some ML asking for a lot more than that now, and they end up on my no visit list:
NHJ / $60-70
BJ / $100
FS / $200
I don’t agree with the grab for extras and will tell them, no it’s too much.
There are a few good places that get rewarded with repeat business due to normal pricing.
I know a RnT shop that does not have any massage sign outside. It’s located in an apartment with discreet entrance on ground level. 35/30min and 65/60min. Extras NHJ 40 then I offered 60 for fs. Massage were pretty good like you go to thai massage, very relaxing though it’s a chinese rnt. ML is about 40-50s.
CBJ at Leichhardt 429 seems to be $50, not sure on FS. Their rates also includes nude from.start and a good HJ..it's my current fave place, got a coupla regulars
i went to SGM the other day and have noticed their price has gone up $10 two times over the last 6 months. We are at $130 for 45 mins, plus a $50-80 CBJ. That's done now, I'm going to WL to get a BBBJ or if I really want a massage, just stick with a NHJ.

Agreed, that’s my set price for extras, if any beyond these price I will politely reject.
I think I tend to go "off the beaten path" more than most and look for the less popular shops. But I have only rarely paid more than $150 all-up for FS (usually $50 house fee for 30 min and $100 to the girl, or 60 shop/90 girl if it's a 60 shop). Granted I'm more into the mamasans and milfs than the PYTs.
I think the last time I paid more than $200 was when I was a bit tipsy and took a bus to the Wives Only brothel really late at night a year or so ago. Good root but I wasn't thinking with my proper head at that time
