Anyone with reading comprehension would see by the context in the whole post that his friend recommended a shop (called SYDcolour), which happened when he got off a plane, after which he went to Haymarket. Those mentions of Brisbane are to relate his experiences there (from which one can infer that he is based there or at least came from there), and that his experience there hasn't been good.
Nah I'm thinking it's more of a copy paste review that was initially written up for an escort from Brisbane, editing the the business name to Sydcolor and location to be Haymarket. I could be wrong.
