Well, I DID contact you directly and immediately after my very underwhelming experience with one of your MLs, one that YOU picked for me after I told you what I was after. Unfortunately you took that as an opportunity to use me as a practice subject for your least experienced and likely least popular girl - instead of treating me as a paying customer.
Upon your request I provided you with very detailed feedback via email, and yet have not heard anything back, not even a confirmation of receipt.
But no worries, no answer is also an answer, and I now know everything I need to know about you and your shop.

Update: After posting here, I got finally contacted by Poppy (after she got contacted by another user), and of course, you guessed it, she claims she never received my mail. No resolution was offered, only accusations that I posted without checking whether she had received my mail. How about maybe having a professional, reliable email address for the shop?

I have bad punts. We all do. I dont generally cry about them on the forum.
The world isnt black and white. People fuck up. Mess up bookings and have bad days.
We choose how to react to the world around us.

Rule #1 - You are a dick and a wallet to them. Don’t take things personally.
Rule #2 - Know your shop. When you refuse to go to one shop anymore, dont go to another shop run by a girl who worked for the other one for years. This shop has had a few current or ex brothel workers through it. Brothel girls are known for their nice, friendly and warm personalities arent they?
Rule #3 - Know your ml. Do you want a nice girl? (Hint there are no nice girls the second they touch that first dick). Do you want a girl that can lick her own arsehole or will throw her dignity out the window for a few shekels? They learn fast on how to extract money from us. Dont let them without setting expectations.
Rule #4 - Managers dont care about you. They want your money. If you bring your baggage, your money isnt important anymore. You can be another shops problem. Number one complaint of owners is western customers. Be like an asian customer. Certain shops cater to asian customers only. For good reason.
Rule #5 - It’s about you and the ml. The rest is bullshit. Learn to assess them quickly. Before handing over money.
Rule #6 - We have the money. Dont hand it over until you have an expectation that will be met. The two legs most of us have, allows us to walk away.
Rule #7 - There are no rules. Be smart, keep your emotions in check and move on. This isnt fucking KMart.

Not true. You offered me to see the available girls, which I declined because I trusted you. My mistake.

The girl HERSELF told me that there had been several previous customer complaints about her. A month ago she was still a school teacher in Japan, with no background or experience in massage or any related businesses whatsoever. Her service was not simply a bit subpar, which I would have been understanding and accepting of, but unacceptably and inexcusably bad, and this raises serious doubts about your ambition to offer quality services at your shop.

No, I would not consider a text message that not even included an apology a 'resolution' for this total waste of my money, time and opportunity.

I am truly disappointed, too. I did support your business and tried at least 4-5 times to schedule further visits and NEVER ever got a timely reply to my booking enquiries. AndI explained to you previously that I can't wait 45 min or longer for a reply while parked on the roadside when my overall window of opportunity for a shop visit is only around 90 minutes. With any other shop I would have long given up. And you forgot to mention that after my first visit you asked me to write a favourable Google review for you which I promptly did. I just could not let that stand after what I experienced earlier this week.

See above. And also as above, the girl did not simply 'not suit my preferences', it was so bad that if I weren't reasonably polite, I would have left in mid-session, and believe me I toyed with the idea.
Writing a public review is only a last resort for me. I ALWAYS contact the business owner or manager first, give them the opportunity to respond and rectify, and ONLY if they ignore me or don't offer a reasonable resolution, do I go public, here and/or elsewhere. This is what in the Internet age online review portals are actually for. And not a single word I wrote is untrue or exaggerated.
Also please note that I did not initially publish a detailed description of what exactly went down, nor did I name the girl.

I think in the year 2025 you should have perhaps figured out that when you are expecting an email from a new sender and it doesn't arrive as expected, checking the junk mail folder could be a valuable option, rather than asking me several times to double check if I sent my mail to the right address and blaming me for the communication break-off.

And don't you worry. I have a variety of regulars who are always happy to see me. One of them even works in the same building now. Most of my massage shop visits are great.
I just don't tolerate people who take my money, waste my time, and offer nothing valuable in return, and I will not stop to call them out.

Perhaps you'd be surprised to know that quite a few users here contacted me via PM after yesterday's post. And many of them also articulated concerns about the quality experienced at your shop. Work on that instead of complaining that wronged customers feel unhappy.

This is something I would like to address separately.
And this post is not directed only at Poppy, but also at all other shop owners or girls who might be reading here.
You're not running a massage shop, you only call it that, but you're running a sex business, don't kid yourselves. That is legal in QLD now, and we can talk about it. Clients don't come for the massage, they come for various sexual services and the 'massage' part of a session needs to fit into that concept.
Your business success as a RnT owner is DIRECTLY related to how attractive your girls are and even more importantly, how well they perform with 'extras'.
Therefore, writing you can't or won't train or advise them with regard to 'extras' delivery might be the dumbest thing I've heard all week so far.
Do train them, show them, organise practice sessions with willing guys, or at least give them suitable video material to watch - I'm sure people here would happily contribute playlists.... and THAT is what will make your business successful.

Poppy has already stated that she will provide more training, potential clients have been warned, hopefully more disappointment and conflict has been avoided. Was that not worth doing?

....and what have we learned? This shop, like any of the others, has girls that over time gave a service that ranged from excellent through to so so. We have learned that shop owners are human and not perfect and that they do try to learn and get better. We have learned that some punters don't know when to stop and are driven by a sense of self-rightous indignation tinged with a healthy dose of intolerace. We have learned that some punters just let it go through to the keeper, take a pragmatic approach and adjust their future choices accordingly.

You hire a gardening business (also an unregulated industry) to tidy up your yards, mow the lawn, prune the hedges etc. You give clear instructions what you want done. The business sends a guy who's never done any gardening work, who has only recently arrived in Australia and hardly speaks any English, and while he spends two hours at your property, he totally messes up your yard and plants, and nothing he's done is of any acceptable standard. You are charged $200.

Will you pay? Will you just let it go? Will you talk to the owner of the business? What if he doesn't respond? What if he just tells you he will try to train the guy better and offers no other remedy? Will you use the business again? Would you write a review?

Which is why reviews, preferrably short and sharp (personal bias here), are a useful tool by which to identify the good, the okay, the so so, the poor etc. If more reviews were posted then it would limit the ability of poor performers to play that game. By not posting reviews, punters are partly to blame for this state of affairs.

If a girl with absolutely no experience or training is let loose in what frankly is close to a brothel, god help her.

It is the managers responsibility to make sure she does not even see a customer until she understands what is expected of her. Including extras.
The best shops have male trainers whose sole role is to guide a new girl in all relevant matters. Some managers will watch these sessions to steer and guide the girl.

If this girl is not suitable to this shop, she should be routed by a very experienced operator to a shop more suiting her style. Or not let loose until she is ready.

If shes still on the roster next week, i will pop in and do what should have been done before she started.
I know enough Japanese to actually help.

The best shops in Brisbane know exactly what each girls range of options is, including for those special customers, and their price points. Its in everyones interests that customers and mls are suitable.

If guys like to fly by the seat of their pants, then they know what happens.
Those fussy fuckers who must have specific services, should engage with shop management.
Good shops will engage back, but some guys need to know their lane and not ask 50 questions or have back and forths for more than 2 messages.
