Well, I DID contact you directly and immediately after my very underwhelming experience with one of your MLs, one that YOU picked for me after I told you what I was after. Unfortunately you took that as an opportunity to use me as a practice subject for your least experienced and likely least popular girl - instead of treating me as a paying customer.
Upon your request I provided you with very detailed feedback via email, and yet have not heard anything back, not even a confirmation of receipt.
But no worries, no answer is also an answer, and I now know everything I need to know about you and your shop.

Update: After posting here, I got finally contacted by Poppy (after she got contacted by another user), and of course, you guessed it, she claims she never received my mail. No resolution was offered, only accusations that I posted without checking whether she had received my mail. How about maybe having a professional, reliable email address for the shop?
