Yeah, kinda nuts but let's see how it goes. The only thing they have over Ginza is their location. It could be a deal maker / breaker for some, eg. Rich Barangaroo dwellers not willing to hike out to Surry Hills.
For the rest of us, with 360 gone, Ginza would be the best location for me.

if those korean girls do become good quality girls, the pricing is still a big barrier which will end up with less customers and eventually those girls will move away from this shop. only need to wait a few weeks and should see them spmewhere else anyway.
a business should be competitive in both pricing and quality. it can't just jack up prices whenever it wants even if rent is high. give it a year and this thread will be empty bcos both shops will be closed.
