Just thought I'd share my experiences at a few different places on the coast if it helps.

AAA Massage Wyong - Good backdoor entry for the discrete punter. Right on the main road so you'll hear car traffic if that annoys you. Have only visited during the day twice. One youngish (late 20's?) Chinese girl when I've been there (~6 months ago) was great the 1st time but not the 2nd. Massage itself nothing to write home about but FS was offered. Other older ML working there was a bit pushy trying to get me to go with her instead, despite me asking if the other girl was free. So you may need to put your foot down here to get what you're after. Not sure what the overall roster is like. Price was pretty standard from memory.
Gasalong Thai Woy Woy - Word is they have a decent roster there including younger women. I went there on a quiet night, so only saw one woman there who was ~40 but had a nice figure/was attractive enough for me. Honestly she was great, gave a strong massage & was definitely passionate with her FS. Place had nice ambience with a hint of incense BUT they absolutely took me to the cleaners with their pricing & they aren't exactly upfront about it. Honestly a shame because I would go back there if they didn't try to pull a fast one on you. Make sure you pay with cash immediately once you agree on the extras if you go there & note that it is more expensive than other places.
Gosford Sunn Massage - AVOID. To be brutally honest one WL there is too old/out of shape to still be in the business sadly, as nice as she was. Another there while younger was unprofessional in her work & didn't perform with much skill or regard for me personally.
Amazing Massage Gosford - Only one entry on the main road of Gosford, so hope you're prepared for a potential walk of shame. Interesting varied experience here, an attractive young Chinese woman works there but she switches off/clock watches (this was at the end of the night however so I can't hold it against her). The walls are thin too so depending on what room you're in you might hear others. Another time I got a good experience with a milfy type WL, she was courteous & had some different HJ techniques than usual but felt good. I think she might have been a fill in sadly. They seem to be against directly offering FS saying "you seem too big" (in my case that is certainly not true) but go along with it pretty quickly if you're polite about it. I have a feeling this might be an YEMV situation. Massages themselves are okay with some nice tackle tickle but not really legit. But they were great value for money imo, just a shame about the entry.
Jai Yen Yen (formally known as Gosford Siam Massage) - One entry on a Gosford street off the main road, not too exposed but not fully covert either, you can turn a street corner pretty quickly and head in but cars do go past there regularly.
The women here are courteous & have nice bodies with bolt ons. There's some difference in ages from what I've experienced (more on the milfy side when I've been but still attractive) and seem to have a roster of at least 5/6 women over the week from what I was told. Not a regular so I can't say who the stand outs are yet. The showers in the rooms are good to have if you need to get rid of that oil/smell before returning home. Massage itself nothing too special but may vary on who you see. Extras were either a HJ/Nude Body Rub with HJ or a CBJ. I have a suspicion if you're a regular with a ML you might get FS offered but again YEMV. I wouldn't recommend trying to extend your session time from what you originally agreed because it can get a bit pricey doing that. I'd consider going back there, just make sure you're okay with paying a bit above standard.
Sunflowers29 (Brothel) - It's in an industrial part of town so pretty discrete. Prices are cheaper during the day & from what I was told from one WL they prefer to see you earlier in the day (probably like that everywhere but this place stays open quite late on Friday/Saturday). My experience here has been mixed, one WL's english was quite limited so the sex felt a bit awkward tbh (might not be an issue for others) another WL who I won't name gave me a good service at the time & helped me feel relaxed during my early stages of punting. Unfortunately I ended up with an STI afterwards despite wearing a rubber, comes with the territory in this business but still annoying (this was a long time ago so allay your fears punters if you've been there recently). The rooms have big beds & showers which is defintely a plus over massage parlours & tbh the pricing isn't that much more expensive/is probably better value for money if you're just looking for sex. I recommend the chauffeur service if its still available if you've been out beforehand because it is in the middle of nowhere. I've heard good things about this place from other punters & the roster changes regularly that there could be a diamond that comes along. So it's probs worth another visit, I just find the location a bit inconvenient that's all.
I hope to try Isaan Thai Gosford soon but haven't braved being potentially seen by the pub goers across the road yet.

Couple of things to know about the Massage shops on the coast, there's a bunch run by the same groups and some share between shops and some of them share girls or can travel to if booked but mostly they rotate the rosters.
I'll try to give a rating out of 5 for what I can recall of my punts over the years. But a 5 Star here would only be a 3 Star if compared to the great shops of Sydney.

Issan Gosford - ★★★★★ - Their MAIN - Next to Gosford station across from pub. Yes it's public entry but it's an easy slip in and the front window is heavy tinted so you can see traffic before leaving, I think there's a rear escape but not sure, they don't advertise it.
