I reckon a little weekly news report, updating on changes of shop management, trends, basic news about what’s going on. Not specific to shops, but overall stuff. Doesn’t have to be longer than a few paragraphs in a folksy style.
A way to rate and report fakes photos or bad services. Thanks

A lot of the website links to shops give a 404 error. I imagine there's a lot of work involved in keeping things updated with shops closing etc, any plans on how you'll do that?

You need a community based vetting system, honestly these forums should have them. You have to build up karma as either a business participant (allowing them to provide rosters) or as a punter.
Vets votes should be a choice of:
🌟 +5 With comment/review (stars decay after 3 months into a +5)
+5 with comment,
+1 with no comment,
~N neutral (meaning as expected)
-1 with comment
-5 with review explanation
💣-5 with review explanation and can only be placed if member has 2 other negative reviews for the same place with different girls (so member gave them 3 strikes) (recovers into a - 5 after 2 months or member posts a defusal review)
No 2's to 4's the point is for the 5's to be a significant step above or below expected and not the norm.
Negative reviews are anonymous by default and use a strict template unless member wants to allow their ID or style, to avoid retribution or even favourable treatment by shops.
Decay of points: normal points (not currently a 🌟/🌠/💣 ) decay towards +1 for positives or 0 for negatives at the end of each week, +1s become a ~N at the end of a month. Any ~N's gained in that month or converted from +1s from the previous month remove a negative first at a ratio of 3 to 1, then turn a 3 month old 🌟Into a 🌠 a giving it 1 more month at a protected +5 value at ratio of 5 to 1, then at a rate of 1 to 1 they keep a +1 alive for another month (can't be prolonged more than once) any remaining N's can only live on for 3 months total.
Points aren't displayed to punters as an actual value just in tiers, lower tiers actually have a slower decay rate of positives to allow quiet shops to not get downed out
Entry member's can only give +1, -1 or N until they post a few reviews for multiple shops and their reviews are voted on by other members (+/-) after 3 months or a significant amount of reviews and review score they can be a normal member allowing 🌟/💣votes but limited to 1 per shop per week with the limit increasing as the member gains karma.
Needs a bit more working out on the fairness but I realised that I've spent to much on this for now. The point of it is to represent a realistic review value with protection from shop accounts making fake member accounts to give value, and only discourage "discount for reviews" by having something like if a shop is found to engage in that as voted by enough members their 🌟's decay faster or are not allowed at all and 💣's last longer for a penalty period. Shops with higher scores can afford to run these programs or can even openly advertise them to reduce the penalty, but smaller/newer shops have to earn it.
This will be quite a challenge, I might need to make some modifications to allow the community to feed the data. Will think about it this weekend.

I think there's definitely room for a decent punting webapp. I see that you've got rates n things listed.
How is all this data stored? Would be neat little project to allow you to filter, by price etc.
Then all you need to do is approach the shops, and give them a little login where they can set daily prices/discounts, happy hours etc
that then put them at the top of the list for price, and you've got something great.
Add a little chat thing where people can chat with the girls, so they can lure customers in and theyl'l be happy even if it's an LLM doing a lot of language translating.
There's a lot of room to innovate in this sector, especially here in Aus where it's legal.
