Then she tells me she will refund 50, I said 100 or we see the receptionist; then she tells me the receptionist take 50 and she will have nothing; I said let's find out, she then returned 100 and I left. Walking up the street afterwards the thought came to mind the receptionist may be hustling her. Who knows?
Anyway, the girl is better off doing something else, it's was a forgetful experience.

Thanks for the warning bro and sorry to hear about the really shit punt. I would have told reception regardless. I thought their quality control is generally good and they listen to feedback.

You might have even got a free punt with someone else or a refund.

Posting here they're bound to see it.

Let's hope they do the right thing. She should give up this industry. Over charging, under serving and bad attitude.

Funny though, last Saturday I went to 41 Epping late on Saturday and the receptionist had a strong resemblance to the photos of Naomi. Your comment at the end of your post reminded me of that.
