Leaves BNE 12:30pm, arrives Cebu 5:30pm. Clear immigration, taxi to city centre and travellers can be hitting the Cebu bars, clubs, restaurants whatever by 7:30pm.
Carry on to pack : jocks, two clean shirts, thongs, stubby cooler, chocolates for gifts, condoms.
Expect to score for $90-$150 long time overnighters
Not much more than local shops by the time you factor all your visits into one week.
