I saw both Miki and Nagisa early when they just started working, they were alot more friendly, prices resonable and can do more compared to now.

I think it could be more of the case where the girls have worked for longer now / drained mentally and aren't as fresh as they used to when they first started? The shop's roster has shrunk to the same bunch of girls on rotation.
Ive noticed this as well. I do know that many shops are struggling to find new girls after speaking to their reception/mamasan.
Could it be possibly that they've cut down on allowing international students back into the country??
It's not just that, girls told me that June restricts the girls from doing bbbj, and encourges them to put a price on every little small thing. I'm ok with no bbbj or fs, but ordering from a menu of services is a big put off for me.
I haven't seen June in the shop for a while, and when she is there, she doesn't bother to talk and ask about feedback like she used to, the current receiption boy doesn't care either, before that Shota and Atsuki cared and asked about feedback.
June doesn't care about profit anymore for 'some reason', so all good.

She was already working elsewhere before the shop re-opened. Momo is still friendly with June so I don't think it has much to do with the way Tokyo's being run. And anyway her current shop is run along the same lines. Even worse based on some of the reviews.
No point talking about the past, but I still think Renka was at her best when Shota was around. Even though her service was limits, she was way more friendly than anyone else, and the vibe after the talk changed completely – she had this sexy charm that stood out.
Shota and Renka also got along well with the other girls and would even recommend them.
Now it feels like no one really cares about the shop or the customers anymore. I wish the old girls would come back. Especially Renka!!
