It’s disappointing when shops don’t have a higher standard in their hiring process. Bringing in less capable MLs just to fill the roster drags down the business’s overall quality and reputation. Punters deserve to know they’re getting solid service, not just who ever’s there to be the catch-all option when the better MLs are busy.
I guess we shouldnt take it for granted that because they work there they would offer full range of service. It has improved a lot for sure since the law change. But some girls work there instead of brothels just so they can control what they offer.
Absolutely, I get where you’re coming from, service shouldn’t be something punters just have to hope for. It makes sense that some girls want more control over what they offer, but at the same time, clients deserve a consistent baseline of professionalism and quality. If someone isn’t interested in providing a reasonable standard of service, then perhaps a quieter shop with less demand would suit them better. Ultimately, it is about finding a balance between MLs having autonomy and clients knowing they’ll get good value for their time and money.
