1) Does Mints have a reasonable sized room?
2) Is the shower at Mints of similar size to 4S and Aurora?[/SIZE][/B]

Answers
1) No. the room at the back has a tiny bay window area where a third person could stand but no way is there any comfort with 3 people in any of these rooms. Not even enough room on either side of the table for 2 people.
2) No. the shower here is triangle shaped. A conventional rectangle opens up more space for 2 people. This triangle shower requires smaller people if you want 2 in there.

Aurora and Four Seasons have much bigger showers and more comfortable rooms. I would pass on Mints if thats your goal.

Can anyone tell me if Mints have at least one reasonable size room and a shower similar size to Aurora & 4$?

I personally prefer going to Mint. Even if it’s a really popular girl you like, it’s never too crazy busy there, so the girls aren’t overly tired. I used to go there for Yoyo, and these days I usually see Peach. As for the rooms — doesn’t matter to me, it’s the same girls anyway.
