I dont get OP's dilemma.... if thats his concern why go see girls that offer diamond? or is he saying he normally pays for diamond but just does covered sex and not engage in anything that involves saliva exchange like PS, DATY, DFK and BBBJ etc....

I highly doubt ur going to catch something from kissing mate.... unless you feeling strong symptoms in which case go get tested regardless of what sexual acts u engaged in...
