I have been reading a lot about Pattaya and what it has turned into now. I went 15 years ago and it seemed fine. Who has been to Pattaya in last 6 months ? Is it really over run with sub continent people and even having one of their own club or bar on Walking Street ?
As for the price and quality of the girls. What is the price for go go girls ? Is it 1000 Bhat for short time and another 800 for bar fine ?
What about freelancers at Beach Road or the nightclub? Is it around 1000 Bhat now ?
If Pattaya ain't with going what is the alternative? Cambodia ? Laos ? Phillipines ? Forget about Vietnam as that is more expensive than Thailand
Never been. Did recently watch a video that seemed pretty legit of Indians in large numbers all sleeping on the beach to save on accommodation and leaving garbage everywhere. Then in the morning they wash themselves at the beach and even have a morning poop there. Delightful.
Just came back from there 8 weeks ago. There are plenty of Indian men there and 3 or 4 Indian clubs on Walking street that are huge.
Walking street is a tourist rip off place with big prices for gogo girls...barfing can range from 800 to 2500 baht and then you have to pay the girl. Some girls want 3000 or 4000 or more for long time.
You can get beach road girls for 1000 short time still, and some massage girls for that but many want 1500 now.
LK Metro and soi bukhao bars are much better value and not so much rip offs. I have also got some great girls off Thai friendly website and had a lot of fun.
Go to Walking street a few times but much better value and fun to be had at the other places I mentioned as well as Soi 6...that is where some pretty wild times can be had.
Don't worry too much about the Indians..they go mostly for the cheap fatter beach road girls and take them to the many short time rooms just off beach road.

Thailand has changed a lot. Pattaya, Phuket bangla, Nana Plaza, everything is very different from what it was 10 years ago. Prices have almost doubled and the girls are much more savvy now.
Of the three Bangla has become the most commercialised, it's more like an entertainment walking street rather than a red light walking street now. You have a lot of tourists there rather than punters, a lot of guys walking around with their girlfriends.
Nana is also similar.
Pattaya is still the best for punting. I agree that LK metro and Soi 6 are the best. Walking street is FULL of Indians. Soi6 has some bars with short time rooms upstairs. Be very careful and always dom up as the place is full of disease - the bigger chains and the soapy massage places force their girls to get monthly tests but the smaller ones do not. Many of the agogo bars make enough money that the girls won't barfine especially if they are hot.
Patty's is a no go zone for me now (Just watch a couple of videos on tiktok) but how about Hua Hin, is it screwed as well?

Timely thread .. currently in southern Europe and have had a few entertaining sessions here in the one particular place I'm based however the girls only stay for 2 or 3 days before moving on .Funny enough missing my regulars back in Australia as I have quite a repoire with them .
With regards to Pattaya have been looking at spending some time there after returning to Australia later at the end of this month until weather warms up down there , particularly Soi 6 and the feast of ladyboys .
Yeah easily double. The price of lady drinks is much higher too. I agree it's still a fun time just not what it used to be. You won't have much luck barfining a lady as well if you haven't already bought a bunch of lady drinks. They all have a quota that they need to meet per 20 day roster...
Not true if you talking about girls. Bkk has prob doubled since pre covid but pats is only a little bit up from ten years ago. Other stuff gone up a lot tho...strong baht don't help

I'm with you mate. If you go to Thailand, there are hotels which are "no ladyboy" hotels where they check ID for you. Better have a last line of defence especially if you're drunk!
