The door is locked (due to some clients being arseholes), so you have to ring the doorbell. Did you ring it at close to 6.30pm? Or did you just expect the door to be open for you? If you didn't ring it, well that's on you as the girls wouldn't know you were there.
Now if you did ring it and had to wait till 6.40pm, it may be that two of the girls were in bookings from 6-7pm. You don't expect them to leave clients to answer the door. So that leaves the one whom you booked with. It could have been she was otherwise engaged and couldn't get to the door (toilet for example) or the client before you just wouldn't leave.
Sweating ten minutes shouldn't be a big deal (unless you are on a tight window of opportunity). But this is similar yo most businesses. Have you had to wait to see your Dr past your appointment time? Or haircut? Had food taken longer to arrive? The list is endless.
So you get in ten minutes late. How was it handled? Still got your allotted booking time? Or was it reduced? Offered an apology or an explanation? Offered some form of compensation for your trouble? As I said at the start, so much information is missing. Might be good to elaborate with more information. The owner reads the forum, so it may provide him some guidance to improve practices if he could. Then again, it could be just one of the things that preparation couldn't be thought of. But won't know until you give more information right?

Id have to agree although there is a mixture of good and bad comments about the booking system. Last Sunday I messaged and asked if any of the girls where available, got a reply yes we are free now. So said id be there in 15 minutes, arrived and parked out the back where there were a few cars already and a sign on the door, no walk ins and another punter standing under the house waiting. Not the best experience for first time going there. WIR maybe
