Haven't been a regular since the days of J Anna, but the times when I do go it has been just fine if you select the right girl.
the rooms are nice and spacious (very spacious) some even have their own jacuzzi i think its the room close to the atm or the room near the entrance if ur coming from the front. sometimes if u stumble in tired after a long day place feels like a maze so its a good thing most times the girls come collect you from the waiting booth. The other thing they share with no5 depending what time u go is the ultra loud music! However, i dont think the the size and decor of the room matters as much compared to the girl your spending the session with and her service and looks right? Give me a bunker bed with a hard mattress and small cublice for showering if the girl i'm about to bang looks like Yua Mikami!
Why do the c girls charge so much? is it their service or they genuine lookers? the diamond services are ususally not up to line or very dodgy, incomparable to ginza, usually you have to meet the girl few times, then you will get good services...the booking also screwed a lot, overall bad management

Let's cut a long story short - No.
The place is not decent, unfortunately. It has a busy car park and, as has been said, cigarette smells everywhere! There was no soap in the toilet, and the place did not look well-maintained, but the girls are beautiful and nice. A couple of them seemed a bit depressed, but the rest were beautiful and cheerful. The reception team, due to the area, are all male but really helpful and trying to look after the customer, and they are kind.
The biggest issue is the services in the room that are not very well looked after, like tissues, soap, and cleanser.
But not a very bad experience.
If you are looking for great service and a nice place, n5M is wonderful. Both Ginzas are good, especially after you say goodbye, they ask about the girls too.
Sakura and Kyoto are good too but a bit old like 42.
Avoid C girls - over priced, no attitude, much older than J girls
