not that many reports indeed but agree with secret0 it can be a hit and miss. One of the biggest downers/pet peeves is the overly exaggerated and filtered photos they have on their website. You can get around this by walking in and doing a lineup but they can be quite pushy to get you to pick someone instead of just letting you walk. Had a few punts there recently both sakura and kyoto and id say Lolly would be my main pick of the bunch.
