Resetting password

Have previously held an account with many posts, access to “secret forum” ect but have since had issues with resetting the password to the account

Reset the password, but link never comes to my email? Sent emails to admin and no reply? Has this happened to anyone else?

How can I rectify this?

Yes, this happened to me a while back. The reset email ended up in my spam folder, so be sure to double-check there. If it's not there, try using a different browser or device to request the reset — sometimes that works.
It's kind of like trying to beat a tough level in Geometry Dash Lite — sometimes you try everything, and it still doesn’t work until you find just the right trick. Hang in there, and hopefully your account access will come back soon!

Found an issue where using a long and complex password that contains symbols. It allows the use during registration but won't actually let you login with it.
