Jeez, I'm going to sound like a broken record, but Emi of 41Epping fits the bill you have described. On the hair front described her last time I saw her, but it has been a while now since I've seen her.

Yes she is rarely on the roster these days, she often takes a week or two off before working 2-3 days one week. Your best bet is Epping on Wednesday and Friday. If she's going to work at 227NS it will likely be Wednesday.
I don't think she work anywhere else, but haven't asked her that question so don't know for sure.
