    Ginza photos

To the experts out there, just wondering if the girl havent appeared on the roaster for a while, but their photos are still on Ginza's website. Does it mean they are coming back? Just want to hopefully one day try out some of the Ginza legends.

It just means they are too lazy/busy to delete the profiles, website has needed an update for quite a while.

It’s called “marketing”. The more photos they have on their website, the more seductive it is to attract visitors!!

Send them a message, or ask when you're there next if the girl you're wondering about has left, or is just on a holiday.

It means they MIGHT come back, but no guarantees. Or to put it another way, those are the girls that have stopped working there but have not explicitly told the shop that they're not coming back.

This one I think is the most accurate explanation. If they have really no more intention of coming back, and told management, then they are no longer found in the website.
