Some STI's will not show as a "positive" result until a certain time after exposure. So you may get a false negative result if you didn't wait long enough after exposure before testing. It's been less than a week, so wait another week and then do another pair of tests - urine AND blood (blood test for HIV, syphilis, hep B/C and they take the blood from your arm not your genitals so don't be scared). This is too soon, if you were infected with something to cause those symptoms it was likely 15-21 days before the symptoms.
Sounds to me like it was a UTI you got from the pussy slide. They don't check for that when doing STI checks. Similar symptoms and the incubation period matches up.
