    TRT (Testorone Replacement Therapy)

Ive been researching this for a while and im thinking of seeing a GP to get some blood work done to determine how low im T levels actually are. However like in any profession each practitioner will have their own ideals and methods in trying to treat low T for individuals (so its not guaranteed they will recommend it to me). Based on my own research it seems like a really viable option.
Improving overall mood, drive and especially libido.

Im in my 40s and feeling like life, business is kicking me in the nuts on a weekly basis. Tired and someday really struggling to fight the daily fires of life, relationships and business. Im still training and going to the gym 5-6 days but just wanting that extra boost to feel like superman again.

Im just seeing if any of the punters here have tried it and are willing to share their experiences.

    Thanks in advance.

I haven't tried it yet. Ive booked my self to see a GP next week. Im asking if anyone has tried it before and if so. How it did work for them? Positive? Negative?

I reduce the amount of sugar intake, take less caffeine, have quit eating rice for near 2 months, and still have my regular(s) asking me to fuck her 2 or 3 times in the 1hr+

But frankly speaking, it is in my biased opinion that too much sugar intake wrecks your testosterone levels to a plummeting rate. Plus you also need to reduce your cortisol levels as that goes hand in hand

Fuck me... but I love my rice. LOL
But the sugar intake is something I really should look into. Doing business these days is a complete head fuck in this current ecomny and yes my cortisol levels are probably are in the dumps right now.

Ah, sorry! when I mentioned rice, I was relating that to my weight issue. Before I used to weight like bloody 75kg at short height at 165cm , now it's just under 70kg in the few months passed. pardon the confusion.

Hey everyone, as a matter of interest once you take trt (replacement therapy) are you then stuck on it forever? Or is that just taking plain old TRT to juice to the gills?

Sorry if it sounds extremely dumb, just trying to wade through the bro science bullshit

From what I have researched is if you get off it. It will take a long time to get your T levels back to your pre TRT levels. Even so you would have to completely change your food, exercise, take heaps of supplements and reduce your stress levels. It also depends on the amount of Testosterone you were on for the period of therapy. But seen/watched a bunch of guys on YouTube that has been on it for years.

I guess the pros to being on it is just worth it for them, rather than getting of it and feeling like shit for a while.

The reason I asked is because I’ve heard it shrinks your balls. That’s because you’re supplementing your T with prescription T and your body slows down its production.

There’s a host of other issues but as with everything YMMV.

    TRT...A perfect segue for T-maxxing

As with everything in this joint there's always the official/medical/scientific method, then there's the unofficial, quick and dirty way.

Ive got a mechanic mate who's doing the unofficial way. But id rather not fuck more shit up in my biochemistry, so im taking the more appropriate way. But my mate is a absolute beast right now. His business is doing well, looks great for his age and now pulling in civvie sluts off the street who are DTF.

    Anyone tried the OTC supplements?
    Tongkat or Turkesterone?

I wasn't a fan of TongKat. The upside was minimal and I felt irritable all the time. I had better results supplementing for better sleep to lower cortisol. There may be stacks you can take that make TongKat more palatable that offset side effects but I wasn't a massive fan of it individually.

40s too young to hop on TRT, you must be doing something fundamentally wrong. Should only really need this shit after 70 unless you have a real issue with natural T production. I haven't noticed much difference in the rate of building muscle in my 40's compared to my 20s. It's lifestyle after 35 that messes men up, also most guys that hop on TRT don't try to optimise their life naturally before resorting to an easy crutch.

There are so many videos on the internet of men coming off TRT after long term use because of the drawbacks. Your natural T levels fluctuate, that doesn't happen with TRT, screwing with hormones is never a good idea.

TRT is usually a forever thing. You can come off but you need to do it properly. And if you want to keep your balls from shrinking or you want to remain fertile, you should be taking HCG as well.

Oh, and all “natural testosterone boosters” are a waste of money. Diet, sleep and exercise are far more effective than any of those snake oil pills.

    Thanks for the insight.
Was considering but won't after hearing your experience.

Wondering is there some link between sugar and testosterone levels or is this general good health advice?
