The only problem with here is they use strip wax for the sensitive genital areas, and it really should just be the hot wax itself that is specific for the sensitive areas such as testicles and anus. The use of the strip is harsher, can be more painful, but can also lead to inflammation easier. It's unfortunate as they do a genuinely good job here but my skin is too sensitive for them to use the strips.
