Let them know at the start, and they will likely oblige. Anything you are not comfortable with (like bbbj or rimming if that is not your thing) or anything you would like to do more of (I always say I love kissing), they will do if within reason, and if it is asked properly.

Just make sure that if and when you do give feedback in reception, you clearly state that you did not want to get bbbj, and you informed that to the girl, thus the service was never done.
