Thanks Miclop, didn't see reply. Mine arrived just now from oioi and was much faster. I have never taken this before and have no issue with ED whatsoever. I got the 10 flavour sample pack recreationally to experiment with and see if this enhances anything at all in terms of sensitivity, hardness or duration.

Any advice from the experienced as to dosage (either full 100mg, a quarter or half the satchel) for the first time and the best timing before sex. Cheers

Take a half to 2/3rds first time you use it, and about 30 minutes before is optimal, tho I've also had required benefits taking just before walking in to start a session.
You can increase or decrease the amount you take the second time based on how your first time side effects (flushing) were...

Its under the counter type. Usually go for the Arab owned tobacconists, 90% they will carry it or something similar like honey

Bit out of my way, but thanks for the info. 100 mg worked so well with no side effects I'm considering popping 2 next time - to see if it's better or there's no change. I know it increases the risk of side effects but I had zero SE with one. Thoughts...

Crikey, the package clearly says a maximum of 1 packet (100mg) per day. Taking two doesn’t mean the effect will last twice as long. Do as you please, but make sure you’re in tip-top shape.

There’s been some great advice shared in this thread. From my own experience, I usually take half a packet and store the rest in an airtight container. The longest I’ve stored one like that was about three weeks. Kamagra Oral Jelly typically kicks in between 0.5–8 hours after consumption, but for me it is most effective during the 1 to 3 hour window.
Super Kamagra Oral Jelly not only gives you a strong erection but also helps delay ejaculation — great for threesomes or longer sessions. The downside? It can sometimes leave you feeling like the job’s not quite finished afterward.

Yeah thanks, in pretty decent shape and my expiry is sometime in 2027. Was doing some research and found that in some cases doctors recommend their patients up to 240 mg per day. So I'm just curious to try a double dose for comparison's sake. Then there's this guy who abused 1300 mg a day and surprisingly didn't face severe side effects LOL. Again it's just recreational so I don't think I'll ever go beyond 200 mg.

Missed this, so answering now.
First time take about half to 2/3 of sachet.
Then more or less the next time depending on how its "boner" effectiveness was and the impact of any side effects experienced...

As to duration, it doesn't prolong an erection by delaying ejaculation, in fact you may come quicker due to increased sensitivity.
Where it helps is with quickly getting back in the game for a round 2...
