Quite a number of shops have popped up in the city centre and many look the part. If you are willing to drop into a few and enquire you will get what you want.

Yeh, had a quick look on Locanto and E&B. Seems to be quite a few choices. What i found strange, is that unlike here in Sydney where most shops don't open till 10am quite a few shops in Cairns open at 8am, which might work out good for me.

I've been up in FNQ since Xmas, live about 2 hours south of Cairns, but visit Cairns for 'fun' regularly.
From what I've learnt, the girls in most shops are FIFO, mostly from Sydney.
My regular go to has been 7 Star at Bangalow, but you'll need transport to get there.
