I saw Dolly this week too. Basically very similar experience to whats been reported so I won't reiterate it. As Ice suggested - just enjoy it and let her do her thing. That sounds pretty crappy man. I mean I get that people have a bad day at work and sometimes just need to vent, but not what you want as a customer in that situation. Can be different if its a regular, but not a girl you just met. If she's feeling like that it'd probably be better for her to take a break and chill for a bit rather than complain to a customer. At least it sounds like you got the best possible response from reception.
