About 10 years ago aggravated a groin injury playing soccer. Painful doing anything down there for months. I was defo on the bench.
I’ve dislocated my knee mid punt. In doggy and my kneecap got caught in a soft mattress and out it came. Somehow managed to finish (the whole pleasure/pain thing helped here) and sort of rolled off the side of the bed and put it back in place (if you ever dislocate a knee cap don’t try to hit or push it back in, try to pull your foot up and kick and it will go back in).
