I understand shit happens. Recently at Summerville, I arrive 5 minutes early. Summer meets me, asks for my understanding. My selection is running late - some fuckhead couldn't tell time so earlier session started late; could I wait 15 mintues? Nothing major, and regardless, it's not fair to the provider. I could and did. Thing is, Summer apologized.
Now I don't know the mamasan at Burwood 14 like I know Summer@Summerville, Sophia@PinkLotus, even Candy@LSM. Bit of a problem with Burwood last week. OK, booking started late. Told to go to room 3 or 5 by mamasan. Fine. I get to room 3, some girl with customer entering first. The BIG problem is the provider (not mine) gives me the "shoo fly, don't bother me wave", pointing to room 2. My girl arrives, industriously knocks on door 3, has words with the girl there, knocks on door 1; girl there is just finishing up. Fine, I know both rooms 1 and 3. But as we enter, mamasan arrives, having been called by my girl to clarify, shoos me to room 2. I say no shower. She says shower in room 1, then move, as room 1 is booked. Yea, and I had a booking for that day made 4 days earlier. The reason I'll see a girl at Burwood rather than another shop she works is because most rooms have a shower.
OK, I'm not leaving, unfair to the girl, but I am pissed off. I know from experience there's another large room with shower (#5 perhaps) upstairs. However, she directs me to the ground floor room, not the front, but in the back hallway, as it has a shower. Also has a LOT of noise from the front desk. Playing musical rooms really not conducive to a relaxing punt. Girl is playing catch-up, great service, but a 5 minute massage - or maybe I fell asleep. Had that "next" feeling. Girl did offer a massage post play, but by then, the engine had flamed out and it was time to eject. No interest in riding it into the ground. I had words with the mamasan as I left, told her the "shoo fly" wave was disrespectful*, and I don't play musical rooms.
The girls at Burwood are nice, but I know (IMPE) they work other shops. I also understand that, for the shop, I'm low man on the totem pole. It's just that when you're made to feel like it, that's not good business.
*The "flick off" I don't tolerate, not even from an Arab big shot flying business class sitting in my seat. Gave me that dismissive wave; I called the stew (female), he gave her the same, and she was having none of it when I showed her my ticket. Particularly demeaning for him (and satisfying to me) that he had to take directions from a female. He took his seat in the middle section while I took my window seat, absolutely GLARING at me for my "uppity" attitude.
Damn, I must just be lucky - first Google search return on point.
