This is on the mark.
In a regulated pharma market/country a registered branded and generic drug have the same bio equivalent active ingredient. The difference lies in the fillers that impact absorption plus other manufacturing shortcuts that impact the drug efficacy.
Non regulated or unapproved generics can (?) be a different species altogether.
But beyond the drug, it all comes down to how your brain and your current physiology clicks with the girl in front of you. No drug can overcome that!

Cialis is awesome, I have a one a day 5mg tablet prescribed for something else and im up like a randy teen.
can power through round 1 and stay hard straight into round 2.
everything just hangs bigger too.

I could deal with the flushed feeling I would get in the face.
But when i linked it to gout flared ups it had to go. Been on the yellow with no issues since.
Take more allupurinol lol
Viagra gives me a pounding heart, stuffy nose and flushed face and after the marathon a pounding headache for a bit, but worth it.
Having tried Cialis I do prefer it, as it doesn't hit as hard, but last longer giving you a bigger window to perform. Theres a few ways of taking it, 2.5-5mg daily, or 25mg once for the weekend depending on doctors directions.
I have tried the pill before, too many side effects for me - red face, pounding heart, stuffy nose, dry mouth. Im in my late 50s.
im on a stronger blue pill now 100mg for choice
the 50mg still works but wanted some stronger action
i get the blocked nose side effect only when face down on the massage table, apart from that a mild headache and sleepy afterwards
