A great punt up to 2 weeks. But some come with a craving to fuck her earlier. Thats fine too. They're the best regulars.
But on average, I'll fuck 2-3x per month holding those loads. The sluts are worth it, even some duds, as long as they fuck and there's some mindfuck afterwards, I'm ok with it.
