Yes, 48 Velvet Rose is by the same team as the North Shore gem Sunflower. My understanding is the new shop is mainly massage + NHJ, at least when it comes to Sunflower stars (Yumi and Summer). The advertised price includes tips for part 1 + part 2, no part 3.

In terms of the venue itself, the new shop is clean, comfortable and spacious, with excellent shower facilities and pleasant ambiance.
