Not everywhere i think, i've worked in around 30 brothels in sydney, in most other brothels i rarely see these happening. It really depends on the vibe of the place and the relationships the management/staffs and building/business owners build usually. In the last few places I worked i see a big difference too even when both do similar numbers of jobs a day the vibes seemed very different.

Fireflies CBD i didn't manage, i was just leaseholder and only got paid licensing fee 25% of turnover. 7% ended up im out of pocket too ever since 2024 when management needed 2 managers to handle the store. 18% had been my cut since. And from the 18% left Im still owed money lol.

I dont care much about prices lol and my earnings is same regardless of what prices because i only take like $5-10 per job referral bonus / recruitment fees from the house fee
If prices increase my commissions still same lol
As store manager opposite to that even, if i price gouge i lose because i only get percentage of yearly turnover. So i financially benefit only if i dont price gouge, so that customers come back often

I think you mean the opposite? I did have a year where i gave discounts left and right, because around those times i put up to 45 girls a day and needed to make all of them busy and to make customers happy. Yes i did it to increase my own earnings, and shops earnings and the staffs earnings and the girls earnings, not gonna lie lol. It works, everyone made bank that time haha. Fun times. I still keep that months daily roster to show new staffs what can be possible if we just relentlessly persist and focus on achieving the things others deem impossible. Theres always a way if we think hard enough and try to be resourceful enough
