Yes. Its called All Elements.
Before I left for Sydney I did a walk in just to scout the venue.
Phone number will be added to outside and an advertising boarding put outside.
No phone number or advertising was visible when i went. They should have corrected.
Front entrance is way too public. Laundromat next door, hairdresser and baker on the other side. About 10 shops on path. They do leave the front door unlocked so you dont have to sit outside like a plum.
Back entrance is difficult to find, but there is one. Told them they need to make that more accessible.
Shower is coming. Not sure when. They were planning to put it right at the back door which i said would be stupid.
There is a ton of vacant space at the front or near the kitchenette.
The 2 mls i saw, Mila….who is the manager….and the other one were in their late 40s or early 50s
Attractive for their age, but clearly not young.
They sleep in the shop, which with no shower…..yuck.
The review on south brisbanes site said hj only. I didnt stay for a session so no idea.
2 or 3 nice rooms. Not cramped.
It has potential, but expensive shop fee, horribly visible entrance and limited services. Good luck.
There was also another shop opening up in the Jindalee section near the motorway. Close to where sassinan thai used to be.
Looked legit though. Ladies full name listed on qualifications and displayed at reception. Didnt check for hicaps.
