It is actually almost impossible to alter a body shape in photoshop and keep it looking realistic and genuine. It is so hard to do that only seasoned PS pros employed by major magazines or advertising agencies can do it. Even then there are distinct limits if it is to be kept looking remotely real. The thought that a suburban shop would employ these expensive professional resources for a transient girl in their shop is laughable. In fact, hang on for a moment while I laugh Aah, that's better.
