The written expiry date is one thing, the main thing for me is going beyond the expiry date. I tend to buy in bulk and let the meds expire. Doing that on dry pills is fine cos the worst thing I can expect is maybe slower or not 100% efficacy. Think about that scene from The Wolf of Wall Street when they took expired qualludes. Something like that but on dick pills.

On the gels it's a different story. These are meds in a liquid medium. The liquid (ie. life giving H2O) opens up a whole different world of bad things that can happen such as fungus and bacterium. I'd rather not!

No this isn't an option. They won't let you stock up, you can only buy a limited quantity every month. There's no option to buy more than 1 - although one is 56 pills so it's not bad.
