Shops Shut Down gone - gone - Why ? please explain

Hamilton Road Gympie Road Corner gone
This shop was Kats years ago and another owner

Clayfield Sandgate Road next to a Thai Restaurant this was owned by a Thai operator gone

VIP WTF was around for years gone why

    Saturation of shops continues

    Any others gone

    Why?

Rent is around $1800.00 per month on average for a 3 room shop plus outgoings -phones- internet -electric bills -shops are required to pay 3-months security bond plus 3 month's rent in advance and lease for 3 years

Some shops with 4 or 5 rooms pay 5k per month rent

A husband wife team is the only way to operate now IMO from experience

Ladies can pay rent with tips as owners, but many shops need over 11 customers a day to 14 to survive

Most shops are getting 4 or 5 customers a day and are struggling

Fuel is expensive and shops are not getting the clients of late

I know Guys want cheap service and often complain about prices ladies charge

If staff do not get at least 4 or 5 jobs a day each, they move on to another shop

As we know if a shop has a few girls in their 20s and are very hot and stunning, they can take the lead by most she has a mixture of girls around 30s 40s

Boilers are a dead loss and rot

    Herps

In 2023 there was one massage shop on King Street in Caboolture. Now there are four within 600m of each other. Six within 1 km, and another six down the road at Morayfield. That's 12 within 3 km of each other. Then there are another four legit ones as well. How can they all survive???

Great point Messo, that's what the do there, barely survive, definitely not thrive! Done reconciliation in the area, even the better shops in the area there struggle to have 4 or 5 customers on the books each day. Jurassic Park that place, only Fossils and Dinosaurs work there

Owners (such as herps) go into these businesses without a solid plan, marketing differentiation, market size analysis.

Anyone opening up a shop close to 4-5 other shops is not going to last unless they have another intention.

Let's consider 7 Star at Taringa within a few 100 metres of Acqua, stones throw to Aurora and Four Seasons.

Doesn't make sense unless its about cleaning operators out of the market

Or change from worker to manager, then work 6 days a week including managing the shop
Burn out is a very high possibility

I think feel good is barely surviving, used to be my go to and some legendary MLs over the years. But I’ve stopped going there. Others are better these days. No doubt there are too many shops.

How many people complained about VIP not having a mobile contact number.
Surely if the owner cared he/she would fix this and certainly improve business to the point of maybe surviving.

Must be me then, but I am not noticing any shops struggling. From tier 1 to tier 3 - everywhere I visit there's always bookings already, the bell is ringing all the time, punters coming in and out and girls trying to fit everyone in the schedule. Even the boiler places are like that.
Shops struggling, girls ready to do more for less - this is and has always been a myth in Brisbane. Only real competition in Australia is in the engine of the country Sydney.

It's very strange. But the MLs give out their number and self promote. Maybe it's a haven for ML's who don't want to be found by partner/ex/clingy clients?

Has anyone been there this week? and want to confirm it's open, or otherwise?

I drove past today, saw two ML's cars parked outside. One was Lisa's car. Appears you're wrong

Don't be mischievous. You tried to hint that the police raided VIP when the raid had nothing to do with the shop.

Instead of misdirecting what you said, why can't you admit to the fact that you didn't clearly look at the "stories" you discovered through a Goggle search?

The thread in question (starting page 3 and continues page 4):

Anyone making such a serious blunder in misinformation needs for such posts to pointed out. Don't you agree?

For goodness sake, all this speculation and no one thought to phone the shop? Alina and Lisa are working today. So I think that answers the question.
