This is exactly what an out of shape person would say. So weak and pathetic.
Look I'm not here to body shame, cause there are a lot of regular blokes with dad bods here who just want to casually punt and stay grounded. They kept the peace impartially, often by protecting underdogs when conflicts arose". The alpha males. Seems that the meaning has drifted over the decades.
And now there are RISE programs where "betas" pay 3k USD for a 3 day program where they have the opportunity to "crawl in the mud, carry heavy loads, and change their lives". WTF? You sign on the dotted line, take an oath, and they pay YOU to do that shit; AKA Basic Training.
So for the alphas: easy enough to type alpha on a keyboard, self-proclaiming your alpha-ness. So where'd you serve? And bashing gays and Indians don't count.
