Why would the cops be involved if a man chats up a woman in a public place and she welcomes his approach?

If you say hello to a female at the shops or local library and she ignores you, you leave her alone. That is not a crime.

You would be surprised how many women who are not ML or WL or Sugar Babies do accept cash "gifts" from men.....
