Yeah I went to see her a few years ago, little house in Kariong at the time (likely an airbnh) the lady I met I put at 50+ so politely said no thanks I won't waste anymore of either of our time and I walked.
Now there is the chance it's an ad for an agency that has roaming girls so it could be a luck of the draw but as you pointed out the ad has been pretty static for years so it's likely the same old girl. I do think she was tall thin and Korean so at least she chose a somewhat similar model.
