Honestly I'd sacrifice on a bit of looks if the massage is great and she goes the extra mile especially when it's 100 for 30mins and you got 50. Had a pretty bad experience with a very unattractive ML. 50+ overweight, stunk... When I refused any extras (don't think I would have got it up) she got real pissed. Kept pushing and pushing saying she wouldn't make any money (not my fault) I was just regretting the decision in entering but there was a misunderstanding at the start and I thought I was getting another girl when I handed over the initial payment.
