The library is a real suggestion as you will want face to face support and they help with tech issues, though not sure if they would help with vpn you can try. Unless you only have a desktop PC. Otherwise look up guides on youtube. You're tech literate enough to find and post on this forum so VPN shouldn't be beyond you.
