I have to see an opthamologist in that area every few months for nearly 5 years and it was a dog grooming place and also offered haircuts. I used to think it was just the sort of place that you would expect to see an RNT shop and sure enough it happened. Lol, taking a risk can be a lot of things, for some people using the front door of a massage place for other its BBBJ or BBFS. each to their own.
One day while waiting at the lights I saw the girl arrive to open up and she was ok to look at, certainly not a boiler but don't know if she is still there or what her service is like.
The mate who told me about this joint had lived in Korea with a local missus so I assumed he knew a HAB from a boiler.
