Everyone is carrying on about how to get from A to B, and that’s the wrong fucken equation to solve. If your goal is simply getting from A to B, you’ve already missed the whole fucken point of punting.

The more useful question is: what creates C?

C is the bit where shit actually happens.

Without C, A → B is just two arbitrary and random points connected by a complex mess of variables and obstacles, constrained and limited by time.

The trick ain't in solving the path from A to B. The trick is getting C to come to A and remove B from the whole fucken equation. Once C shows up at the terminal the equation solves itself.

Now if you already have to pass through the immigration membrane |I| for your connecting domestic flight, fine. But if you're waiting in T, aka transit, is it really worth it to have to endure two penetrations of I for one penetration of C? Because if you're not solving equation 1 but need to solve equation 2, for C -> T, she'll need a boarding pass.

Just have to ask yourself what it's worth to you (as you have to ask yourself with every punt). For me, I'm in the lounge, quick hot shower, a bit of food, and a couple of drinks for that temporary stress relief. As I said, now if it's an overnight layover... That formula is wildly over-engineered for this joint. Punters are very simple creatures and the population here can be broken down into three equal groups: one-third paying for a tug, one-third paying to get their dick sucked, and one-third paying for a root.

The remaining 1% keep the forum alive and buzzing by contributing to the intellectual discourse with questions like:
