Yes those are the rooms for Ocean Noir. It's pretty much ready to open just waiting on the council approval for a couple things.

Yes ED69 has just mentioned her in a other thread and seemed very happy with her service. Photos are real as I took them. She is doing apartment for now until ocean opens. New to the job, fresh from korea, speaks English, young and cute.
