However, I would like to comment on the pricing claim. This morning, Lena actually contacted me directly to clarify the review and stated that her prices have been consistent.
From what I know, her standard price has always been around $250, and a number of my regular customers have told me the same thing over the years.
Steven previously paid her $350, but that was entirely voluntary on his part, and he has mentioned this publicly on both Aus99 and PP.
I have also previously dismissed a Japanese worker for asking customers for $400, as I do not support staff setting excessive or unrealistic prices.
For those reasons, I find it difficult to believe the claim that Lena suddenly asked for $500. It simply does not match what I know of her usual pricing history.
Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion about the service they received, and I appreciate all genuine customer feedback.
