Given the current state these days of giving licences to some who have only driven camels or goats in the past, I find the more amusing number plates gives me some light entertainment when driving...
Im with you on the " who gets a licence. International transfer vs 2 years on P plates for locals is crazy. I am certain many cannot read street signs. "One way" has no effect in my area.
