It was actually a bug with the website.
Vivi only works afternoon shifts, which are around 5 hours each. Our system is set up to automatically remove the "NEW" tag after someone has completed the equivalent of 7 full working days. Because she hasn't worked any morning shifts, her hours never added up the way the system expected, so the tag wasn't removed automatically.
We've now fixed it manually. You might've noticed she was not marked as "NEW" on WeChat or Locanto, which is why we knew it was just a website issue.
